However, the design of the subdivision akes the locations of these easements into cons ide ation and does not obstruct the City's access to r use of them. On Lot 71 an existing 15' wide Pa ific Telephone and Telegraph easement would be vaca ed. Additionally, a 20' wide public service ea ement on this lot would also be vacated and the 18" sanitary sewer line within this easement wou d be relocated to within the adjacent in-tract st eet. WHEREAS, the Planning commission determined th t the tentative map adequately addresses the concerns gi en by the Planning Commission for its denial of the pre ious plan and that the revised tentative map substan ially conforms to PUD-91-17. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves Case Tract 6545, the app ication of Kaufman and Broad for a vesting tentative map to allow the subdivision of an approximately 17 a re parcel into 108 single-family residential lots and fo remainder parcels consisting of roadways and park ar a located at 3801 Stanley Boulevard, subject to the c nditions shown on Exhibit "B," attached hereto and mad part of this case by reference. Section 2.
