The <br />adopted ALUC safety zone, which defines <br />compatible and incompatible land uses, extends <br />only to the east side of El Charro Road. <br />Buildings in the Specific Plan area smaller <br />than 52' in height would not be affected by <br />these regulations. <br /> <br />5.
