Resolution No. PC-92-95 Page 12 Public services 36. The developer shall comply with all Fire Department requirements, including, but not limited to, the following: a. Provide approved fire hydrants, water supply, access and blue dots. Fire hydrants with water pressure exceeding 150 psi shall have the tops painted blue to the satisfaction of the City Engineer and the Fire Marshall. b. Provide knox key/box access for fire department use. c. Provide a residential fire sprinkler system, with a 1.5 inch minimum service. d. Provide minimum Class A fire retardant roofing. e. section 2.102 UFC of the Hillside Rules and Regulations (Guidelines) will apply to this development. g. Where fire protection facilities are to be installed by the developer, such facilities, including all surface access roads, shall be installed and made serviceable prior to and during the time of construction. h. All vehicle access ways to or through the undeveloped areas shall be secured to prevent unauthorized vehicle entry. Knox key access is required for emergency access. i. A minimum fire flow of 200 gpm at a residual pressure of 20 psi shall be provided. j. "No Parking" signs shall be posted on all access roads, that are less than 20 feet in width. k. Where "private driveways" provide access to one or more residences, all addresses shall be visible from the public road serving them as well as on residential structures. 1. Conditions for the use of the open space shall be posted. These trails may be restricted during times of high fire danger. 37. The developer shall contribute funds toward acquisition of a new off-road 4-wheel drive vehicle and a new on-and-off-road motorcycle for the Police Department, the estimated 1992 costs of which total $33,400. The developer's pro-rata share is estimated at a not-to-exceed-amount of 6.7 percent, or approximately $2,230. n .
