The east/west property line between Lot "A" and Parcel No. <br />946-1151-10-11 shall be relocated with a Lot Line Adjustment <br />prior to recordation of the final map. <br /> <br />17. The existing earth "V" ditch along the rear property line of <br />Lot Nos. 43-48 shall be eliminated with the lots graded to <br />drain towards the street. The pad elevation of Lot No. 1 <br />shall be raised to eliminate the fill slope along the lot's <br />stone pointe Way side. These changes shall be shown on the <br />final map to the satisfaction of the City Engineer and the <br />Planning Director. <br /> <br />18. The project improvements shall not be phased, nor multiple <br />final maps filed.
