Resolution No. PC-92-92
Page 3

The project site lies well outside the Airport
Land Use Commission's (ALUC) clear zone,
approach zone, and 65 CNEL noise contour
adopted for the Livermore Airport. The
adopted ALUC safety zone, which defines
compatible and incompatible land uses, extends
only to the east side of EI Charro Road.
Buildings in the Specific Plan area smaller
than 52' in height would not be affected by
these regulations.

A masonry wall will be designed to protect the
subdivision from vehicle noise from stoneridge
Drive.

5. The design of the subdivision or its related
improvements will not conflict with easements,
acquired by the public at large, for access through
or use of property within the proposed subdivision.

On-si te streets and parking areas meet City
standards and are adequate to handle
anticipated traffic volumes. Access is
provided to all structures for police, fire,
and other emergency vehicles.

stone Point Way is "stubbed" to provide public
street access to adjacent properties.

WHEREAS, the Planning commission determined that the tentative map
and grading plan are in substantial conformance with the
approved PUD development plan.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON
RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING:

Section 1. Approves Case Tract 6505, the application of
Hayward Exchange, Inc. for a vesting tentative map to
allow the subdivision of an approximately 8.0 acre site
into 46 paired single-family lots, two detached single-
family lots, and two remainder lots located southeast of
the Stoneridge Drive and Stone Point Way intersection,
subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "B," attached
hereto and made part of this case by reference.

section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after
its passage and adoption

..

-
