Given the proposed hours of operation, the proposal will not impact surrounding uses. Other similar uses in the area have been conditionally approved by your Commission and have not caused any reported problems. The proposed use will comply with applicable Building and Fire Codes. Also, the proposed use complies with the requirements for the storage of hazardous substances. Based on the aforementioned, staff believes the project will not be detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare and that this finding can be made. C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the provisions of the Zoning ordinance. As conditioned, the proposed use will all provisions and requirements of zoning ordinance. comply with the city's WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed conditional use is appropriate for the site. Approves Case UP-92-50, the application of Christopher Cantalini for a conditional use permit to establish warehouse and office space for a landscape contractor within a portion of the existing industrial building located at 2150 Rheem Drive, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit liB" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that time. .. .
