Such transformers shall be screened by landscaping or contained within an enclosure matching the building and with corrugated metal gates. All transformers shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of building permits. The applicant shall attempt to locate transformers at the rear of the site. 16. A final landscape plan and irrigation plan shall be submitted to and approved by Planning Director as part of the building permit plan set prior to issuance of an on-site permit. said landscape plan shall be consistent with the approved landscape plan plus any conditions of approval, and shall be detailed in terms of species, location, size, quantities, and spacing. 17. Colors shall be consistent with approved colors and shall be based on the Pantone color system. Approved colors shall be stated on the plans submitted for issuance of building permits. 21. All backflow prevention devices installed with the development shall be painted forest green (pantone Color System Number 2030) and shall be screened with shrubbery. The shrubbery shall be of a species and planted at a density to satisfactorily screen the device and shall be designed to blend with adjacent landscaping. All such devices shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of building permits. The adequacy of such screening shall be determined by the Planning Director prior to issuance of building permits. .. .
