<br />Resolution No. PC-92-78 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration <br />prepared for the modification to the governing Hacienda <br />Business Park Planned unit Development and Development <br />Agreements. <br /> <br />section 2. The Planning Commission finds that the proposed project <br />will have a de Minimis impact on the site's wildlife. <br /> <br />section 3.
