<br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the draft stoneridge Regional <br />Shopping Center Development Agreement which: (1) would <br />allow presently permitted uses for the 15-year term of <br />the Agreement; (2) would allow new development totalling <br />an additional 356,000 sq. ft. of leasable floor area in <br />additional department stores, specialty stores, and/or <br />additional mall stores; (3) would restrict height of new <br />improvements to that of the existing Center structures; <br />(4) would establish minimum parking ratios and allow up <br />to three-level parking structures; and (5) would <br />establish and cap the owners' obligations for further <br />traffic mitigation improvements for the 35 acres of the <br />Stoneridge Regional Shopping Center located within the <br />Stoneridge Mall Road oval, mOdifying the draft <br />Development Agreement to track the Wells Fargo Agreement <br />with respect to any future reimbursements. <br /> <br />Section ~.
