<br />26. The applicant shall underground the existing overhead utility <br />lines that run along a portion of the project's stanley <br />Boulevard frontage and then run diagonally across the <br />property. <br /> <br />27. "No parking" signs shall be posted along the rear service <br />alley at the rear of the property. <br /> <br />28. The applicant shall install gates along the northern portion <br />of the site, subject to the review and approval by the Fire <br />Marshall, to provide access to the Union Pacific Railroad <br />right-of-way. <br /> <br />29. The project shall adhere to all of the attached standard <br />conditions of approval except nos. 46 and 50. <br /> <br />30. The approval of the attached staff-recommended uses shall make <br />all the previously-approved uses approved under PUD-81-35 null <br />and void. <br /> <br />The list or staff recommended uses shall be modified as <br />follows: <br />Business machine servicing shall be allowed as a permitted use <br />for both Plan 1 and 1A. Commercial printing and auto <br />upholstery shall be conditional uses. <br /> <br />31. If containers are used on the 25 ft. strip, some type of <br />footing shall be used to protect the asphalt and provisions <br />shall be made for drainage. <br /> <br />{end} <br /> <br />II <br />
