<br />EXHIBIT A <br />Reso1ution NO. PC-92-71 <br />Conditions or Approval <br /> <br />Case UP-92-40 <br /> <br />l. That the proposed use shall conform substantially to the site <br />plan, floor plan, and narrative, Exhibit A (dated "Received <br />July 30, 1992"), on file with the Planning Department, except <br />as modified by these conditions. <br /> <br />2. If determined necessary by the Chief of police, based on <br />problems from the business operation, the Planning Director <br />may impose an age minimum for use of the facility. The <br />applicants would not be allowed to admit children under the <br />established age minimum unless accompanied by an adult. <br /> <br />3. That if operation of this use results in conflicts or <br />complaints pertaining to automobile or bicycle parking, noise, <br />loitering, or other factors, at the discretion on the Planning <br />Director, this matter can be submitted to the Planning <br />commission for their subsequent review at a public hearing. <br />If necessary, the Commission may modify or add conditions of <br />approval to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke said use <br />permit. <br /> <br />4. That if additional uses beyond that proposed in the written <br />narrative are desired, prior city review and approval is <br />required. Special events, such as game tournaments, and other <br />promotional events shall require prior approval of the city. <br />Such modifications or special events shall be submitted to the <br />Planning Director, who may approve the modification or special <br />event, or refer the matter to the Planning commission if <br />judged to be substantial. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />No school-age child shall be <br />establishment during any time such <br />school. <br /> <br />allowed to enter the <br />child is required to be in <br /> <br />6. The hours of operation of the game arcade shall be the same as <br />the hours of the stoneridge Mall. <br /> <br />8. The CyberStation management (or designated representative) <br />shall be responsible for retrieving any and all stray litter <br />generated by this use, both within the mall corridor adjacent <br />to the game arcade and outside the mall, near the entry doors. <br />
