Approves Case UP-92-40, the application of Namco <br />Operations Inc., dba: CyberStation for a conditional use <br />permit to establish a game arcade for cyberstation within <br />stoneridge Mall, located at 1148 Stoneridge Mall Road, <br />suite B-l22, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit <br />"A" attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference. <br /> <br />section 2.
