<br />10. The sound level shall never register more than 70 dBA at a <br />distance of 25 feet around the facility. <br /> <br />11. If, at any time in the future, the activities of the operation <br />deviate from the above description, or the applicant is unable <br />to control the activities of the patrons within the <br />establishment, such that the presence of the dance studio <br />encourages loud noise, li tter, parking problems, causing <br />problems and detriment to the surrounding neighborhood in <br />general, the Planning Director may refer this use permit to <br />the Planning Commission for review at a public hearing. If <br />need be, the Planning Commission may add conditions or revoke <br />the subject conditional use permit. <br /> <br />12. The use of the facility shall primarily be a dance studio for <br />dance instruction and not a dance hall. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />Live bands shall not <br />amplified instruments <br />instruments only. <br /> <br />involve the <br />but shall be <br /> <br />use of electronically <br />limited to acoustic <br /> <br />{end} <br /> <br />.]1 <br />
