<br />EXHIBIT A <br />Reso~ution Ro. PC-92-68 <br />Conditions or Approval <br /> <br />Case UP-92-33 <br /> <br />1. The location and operation of the proposed dance studio shall <br />conform substantially to the site plan (dated "Received <br />July 1, 1992"), floor plan (dated "Received July 31, 1992"), <br />and related materials, Exhibit "A" , on file with the Planning <br />Department, except as modified by these conditions. <br /> <br />2. The applicant shall obtain all building and other applicable <br />City permits for the project prior to the commencement of <br />construction. <br /> <br />3. The property owner shall comply with the Security Code for <br />lighting for the vintage Hills shopping center prior to the <br />opening of the dance establishment. <br /> <br />4. The applicant shall apply for and receive design review <br />approval for any proposed signs for the dance studio. These <br />signs shall be consistent with the approved sign program for <br />the Vintage Hills Shopping Center. <br /> <br />5. Hours of operation shall be Monday through Thursday <br />2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Friday - 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., <br />Saturday - 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and Sunday - 1:00 p.m. to <br />7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />6. The applicant will be responsible for and shall maintain the <br />surroundings of the dance studio in a clean and orderly manner <br />at all times. The applicant shall also be responsible to <br />prevent nuisances created through the operation of the dance <br />studio, either wi thin the studio or by its patrons in the <br />vicinity of the dance studio. <br /> <br />7. The applicant shall also be responsible to maintain the sound <br />level as per the Noise Ordinance of the city. Except to allow <br />persons to enter and leave the facility, all doors of the <br />Country Club shall remain closed at all times. <br /> <br />8. Alcoholic beverages shall not be sold or permitted within the <br />dance studio or parking lot at any time. This will be the <br />responsibility of the applicant/owner of the dance studio. <br /> <br />9. Patrons must disperse within half-an-hour after the closing <br />time of this facility. The hours of operation will remain as <br />specified in the letter to staff (dated "Received July 31, <br />1992") on file with the Planning Department. This condition <br />shall be the responsibility of the applicant of the dance <br />establishment. <br />
