Use landscaping to <br />screen the building and parking lot. <br /> <br />Finding: Changes or alterations have been required in, or incorporated into the project that <br />avoid or substantially lessen the significant effect identified in the Final EIR. <br /> <br />Rationale for Finding: These restrictions on the clubhouse design will make the clubhouse <br />and parking lot less visible, thus reducing the visual impact. <br /> <br />BLUE OAK WOODLAND <br /> <br />IMPACT 6A: Proposed development would destroy a large area of oak woodland and its related <br />habitat value. Within these woodland stands are many large native trees. Many additional trees <br />may also be lost due to soil compaction and irrigation practices.
