<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-92-66 <br /> <br />RESOLUTXON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE CEQA FXNDXNGS AND THE <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-91-13, THE <br />APPLICATION OF CHANG SU-O LIN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chang su-o Lin has applied for Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD) development plan approval to construct 122 single- <br />family residential dwelling units and an 18-hole golf <br />course on an approximately 562-acre site located east of <br />Hearst Drive and south of Red Feather Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />- Rural Density Residential and open Space District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the city of Pleasanton <br />provided proper public notice of completion of the Draft <br />Environmental Impact Report for the proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has accepted and responded to <br />comments to the Draft Environmental Impact Report from <br />public agencies having jurisdiction by law, persons <br />having special expertise with respect to any <br />environmental impact involved, and other persons or <br />organizations having an interest in the proposed <br />development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Final Environmental Impact Report has been prepared <br />and contains the Draft Environmental Impact Report, <br />comments and recommendations received on the Draft <br />Environmental Impact Report, and the responses of the <br />City of Pleasanton to significant environmental points <br />raised in the review and consultation process; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on August 12, 1992, and held <br />a public hearing upon the completeness and adequacy of <br />the Final Environmental Impact Report in disclosing <br />relevant environmental issues involved in the proposed <br />project. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSXON OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the CEQA findings prepared for <br />Case PUD-91-13, as shown on Exhibit "C," attached hereto <br />and made a part of this case by reference. <br />
