Resolution 05-025 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section I. Council approves the overall funding program for the City's Community <br /> Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Home Investment Partnership (HOME) <br /> programs for Fiscal Year 2005 as depicted in Table A, including a total of <br /> $321,586 in CDBG funds, $50,000 in HOME funds, and $57,977 in City Lower <br /> Income Housing Funds. <br /> <br />Section 2. Council directs staff, under the authority of the City Manager, to submit the five- <br /> year Consolidated Plan, annual Action Plan and all other required documentation <br /> for the City's CDBG program for FY 2005 to the Department of Housing and <br /> Urban Development (HUD) in conformance with HUD procedures and deadlines. <br /> <br /> Section 3. Council authorizes the City Manager to enter into individual contracts with each <br /> agency receiving Pleasanton funding in FY 2005 and to take all other necessary <br /> actions to carry out the programs for FY 2005. <br /> <br />Section 4.
