10. The owner shall comply with all regulations associated with the license issued by ABC. If <br /> non-compliant, the Planning Director may immediately suspend the conditional use <br /> permit. The Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing within 40 days, and if not <br /> satisfied that the regulation, general provision or condition is being complied with, may <br /> revoke the use permit. <br /> <br /> 11. The use will be reviewed in six months by the Planning Commission after operation starts. <br /> At that time, the operator and/or owner will bring forward design ideas if they had not <br /> done so already through the staff administrative design review. <br /> <br />{end} <br /> <br /> <br />
