The sign would be 3'7" in height and 6'5" in width. A low decorative concrete band with <br />Eldorado stone veneer and a flagstone cap would be placed in the front and back of the sign. <br />The decorative wall would have a wave design matching the sign cabinet. The front and the <br />back of the decorative wall would be 1'5" and 11.5" in height, respectively. All sign <br />components will be covered with anti-graffiti sealant. (Please see Attachment A for sign detail <br />and locations.) <br /> <br />BIDS <br /> <br />Sealed bids for this project were opened on April 12, 2005. There were a total of four (4) <br />bids received, that ranged from $99,349.92 to $173,520, compared with the engineer's <br />estimate of $87,000. A detailed bid summary is attached (Attachment B). <br /> <br />The low bid of $99,349.92 was received from Finoresco Lighting and Signs Maintenance <br />Corporation of Tucson, Arizona. All bid documents were found to be in order.
