Work Products: The previous design development drawings will be updated and finalized during the <br /> Construction Document Phase. Consultant will provide one formal Construction D~cumentation submittal <br /> (100%) to Client for review and approval (along with Design Development Design (75%) Plan Check sets <br /> returned): <br /> <br /> 1. Civil Engineering Sheets <br /> <br /> 2. Architectural Sheets <br /> <br /> 3. Landscape Architectural Sheets <br /> 4. Electrical Sheets <br /> 5. Structural Sheets <br /> E, FINAL BID DOCUMENTS AND BID ASSISTANCE <br /> <br /> Consultant will provide Bid Documents to assist City in tendering bids for this Project. <br /> <br /> Work Products: The previous 100% Construction Document submittal will be updated and finalized <br /> during the Bid Documents Task. Consultant will provide one formal Bid Document submittal to Client for <br /> City Signature and advertisement (along with Construction Document (100%) Plan Check sets rettuned): <br /> <br /> 1. Final set of Construction Documents (signed) on bond, and in electronic (AutoCad) or digital (PDF) <br /> form. <br /> <br /> 2. Final (pre-bid) bid list, specifications, and analysis of probable construction cost. (engineer's estimate) <br /> <br /> 3. Answer and address bid questions during hid period. <br /> <br /> 4. Provide clarifying drawings, specifications and addenda as necessary during bid period. <br /> <br /> 5. Analyze bid results and recommend strategy for bid award to City Staff. <br /> <br /> 6. It is understood that the ~target~ bid amount for construction of the Phase One Project is approximately <br /> $3.106 Million. Should the Low Base Bid for the Project exceed this target amount by more than 10%, <br /> the Consultant will, at no additional cost l~ the City, expeditiously redesign the Project so that a <br /> subsequent bid will yield a Low Base Bid that meets the target amount within a 10% margin. <br /> <br /> F. CONSTRUCTION OBSERVATION/ADMINISTRATION <br /> <br /> Members of the Consultant Team may perform the following site visits during construction to ensure design <br /> intent. Fees for these services are not included at this time, but may be added. <br /> <br /> 1. Attend preconstruction conference. <br /> <br /> 2.
