Work Products: The following drawings will be prepared during the Preliminary Design Phase. <br /> Consultant will provide one formal submittal (35%) to Client for review and comment. Drawings will be <br /> formatted to fit within a standard 24" x 36" sheet format: <br /> <br /> 1. Illustrative Site Plan (lU--40') <br /> <br /> 2. Recommended Phasing Plan - Phase One as part of Community Park and Specific Plan <br /> areas (1"=100') <br /> <br /> 3. Preliminary Site Improvement Plan Set (roads, parking, utilities) <br /> <br /> 4. Schematic Floor Hans, Elevations for baseball plaza and rest. room/storage <br /> architecture (1/8"= 1'-0") <br /> <br /> 5. Preliminary Structural Design Plan Set <br /> <br /> 6. Preliminary Layout and Furnishings Plans (1 "=20') <br /> <br /> 7. Preliminary Planting Plans (lU=20') <br /> <br /> 8. Preliminary Grading/Drainage Plans (1'=20') <br /> <br /> 9. Prelimina~ Lighting/Electrical Plans (1"=20') <br /> <br /> 10. Outline specifications for all disciplines <br /> <br /> 11. Preliminary cost analyses <br /> <br /> C. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT DOCUMENTS (75%) <br /> <br /> Consultant will provide Design Development Documants that will further define the Preliminary Design Documents <br /> and incorporate City plan check comments. Design Development submittal will be drawn at appropriate scales, <br /> organized into one set and will include the following: SWeets, parking and vehicular/ADA accessibility; baseball <br /> plaza architectural plans, elevations, services plans, foundation design and other design development level <br /> documentation in order to establish accurate locations for future foundation installation; draft rough grading plans; <br /> draft landscape layout and fine grading design for fields, trails, walks, transition slopes, baseball plaza, baseball <br /> fencing, seating and access; draft site utilities and joint trench plans; draft site furnishings plan and schedule; draft <br /> planting plan and plant schedule; draft irrigation design, including head layout, estimated water use, irrigation zones, <br /> and points of connection locations; updated estimate of probable construction cost for architecture, landscape <br /> architecture, site improvements and grading, based on preliminary cost analyses for this Project. <br /> <br /> Work Peeduets: The following drawings will be prepared during the Design Development Phase. <br /> Consultant will provide one formal Design Development submittal (75%) to Client for review and approval <br /> (with Preliminary Design (35%) Plan Check sets returned).
