pL£AS, NTON City Council <br /> Staff Report <br /> <br /> May 3, 2005 <br /> Public Works Depmiment <br /> <br />SUBJECT: APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP, IIVIPROVEMENT PLANS, AND <br /> SUBDMSION AGREEMENT FOR TRACT 5904, BERATLIS <br /> PROPERTY <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br /> Staff recommends that the Council take the following action at the <br /> meeting of May 3, 2005: <br /> <br /> 1. Approve the improvement plans and Final Map for Tract 5904, <br /> Beratlis Property. (Exhibit "A") <br /> <br /> 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Subdivision Agreement for <br /> this development. <br /> <br /> 3. Accept all parcels of land and easements offered for dedication on the <br /> Final Map. <br /> <br />SUMMARY: Tract 5904 is a 15 lot, single-family residential subdivision located on the <br /> north side of Crellin Road between the Vintage Heights and Foxbrough <br /> Estate neighborhoods. The developer has posted the required security for <br /> proposed improvements and is requesting approval of the Final Map and <br /> Improvement Plans. Staff has reviewed the Final Map and Improvement <br /> Plans and has found them to be in substantial conformance with the <br /> approved tentative map. <br /> <br />SR:05:052 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
