<br />C. Any satellite earth station or microwave dish proposal that <br />is visible from any public roadway or other public place <br />shall include a written statement explaining the exact need <br />of the satellite earth station or microwave dish. This <br />statement shall include details of the efforts made to <br />utilize the capabilities of alternative service providers <br />(cable company, teleports, etc.) prior to the submittal of <br />an application. <br /> <br />D. No proposed change. <br /> <br />E. No satellite earth station or microwave dish shall result in <br />the elimination of any existing or approved off-street <br />parking space unless the remaining off-street parking <br />satisfies the off-street parking requirements of this code, <br />or, in the event no standard applies, the planninq director <br />determines that there remains a sufficient amount of off- <br />street parking at the subject property. <br /> <br />F. Ground-mounted dishes and antennas shall be adequately <br />screened (on three sides) utilizing on- and/or off-site <br />vegetation or other approved screening mechanism. <br /> <br />G. The maximum height te the hi~hcst peiRt of the satellite <br />earth station or microwave antenna shall not exceed <br />seventeen feet measured from its base to its hiqhest point. <br />
