Resolution No. PC-93-32 Page 3 C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. The use permit is required to comply with the conditions stipulated in Chapter 18.48.020. As proposed, it conforms to these regulations as seen in staff's analysis of the project. Additionally, staff has recommended, and the Commission may add, other conditions for the operation of the use permi t which further ensure compliance with the zoning ordinance and its objectives. As with any use permit, the conditional use permit for the Diablo Gym can be suspended or revoked if the conditions are not met. WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)i and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed conditional use, as conditioned, will be compatible with the surrounding uses and properties. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves Case UP-93-33, the application of Diablo Gymnastics School for a conditional use permit to conduct gymnastic lessons for children at the property located at 1279 Quarry Lane, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that time.
