<br />Resolution No. PC-93-30 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />B. The proposed location of the conditional use and <br />the conditions under which it would be operated or <br />maintained will not be detrimental to the pUblic <br />health, safety, or welfare, or materially injurious <br />to the properties or improvements in the vicinity. <br /> <br />Given the proposed hours of operation, the proposal <br />will not impact surrounding uses. other warehouse <br />uses have been conditionally approved in commercial <br />and industrial areas by the Commission and have not <br />caused any reported problems. The proposed use <br />will comply with applicable Building and Fire <br />Codes. Based on the aforementioned, the project <br />will not be detrimental to the public health, <br />safety, or welfare and that this finding can be <br />made. <br /> <br />C. The proposed conditional use will comply with each <br />of the provisions of the zoning ordinance. <br /> <br />As conditioned, the proposed use will <br />all provisions and requirements of <br />zoning ordinance. <br /> <br />comply with <br />the city's <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA)i and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the planning Commission determined that the proposed <br />conditional use, as conditioned, will be compatible with <br />the surrounding uses and properties. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THB PLANNXNG COMKXSSXON OF THB CXTY OF PLEASANTON <br />RBSOLVBS THB FOLLOWXNG: <br /> <br />section 1. Approves Case UP-93-05, the application of Elaine <br />wilson for a conditional use permit to establish a <br />warehouse space for a San Francisco Chronicle newspaper <br />distributor within a portion of the existing industrial <br />building located within the stanley Business Park at 39 <br />california Avenue, suite #307, subject to the conditions <br />shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made part of <br />this case by reference. <br /> <br />section 2.
