The Pleasanton Sewerage <br />Code may provide for monitoring of Capacity discharges by <br />Developer and Assignees into the City wastewater system <br />(sewers). If, in violat~on of the ~leasanton Sewerage Code. <br />, <br />Developer or an Assignee: discharges an amount in excess of the <br />, <br />amount allocated by City' to Developer or Assignee for a <br />, <br />particular premises, City shall have all enforcement rights set <br />forth in the Pleasanton Sewerage Code, but City shall not have <br />the right to reduce the Capacity by the amount of such excess. <br />I <br /> <br />i <br />Section 2.02. Reservation of Capacity. <br /> <br />(a) Sufficient of Capacity.
