<br />Resolution No. PC-93-24 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />Adequate public safety measures have <br />incorporated into the design of the plan: <br /> <br />been <br /> <br />The master plan of the Park has taken into account <br />all issues of public safety and has mitigated any <br />potential hazard. These mitigation measures are <br />applicable to the subject project. <br /> <br />7. The plan conforms to the purposes of the PUD <br />District: <br /> <br />The project does conform to the purposes of the PUD <br />District for a development which either meets or <br />exceeds all General Plan standards and by providing <br />for a development which is in the best interest to <br />the city. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed <br />modifications are consistent with the General Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CJ:TY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the major modification to the <br />governing Hacienda Business Park Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD's) to: 1) modify the site development standards <br />contained within Table B-1 of the Park's Design <br />Guidelines to increase the flexibility of the building <br />type constructed on any lot and to reduce the off-street <br />parking requirement; 2) change the land use designation <br />for about 130 acres to allow either office or commercial <br />uses; 3) change certain conditions of Ordinance No. 1325 <br />to modify the traffic requirements for future development <br />proposals; and 4) modify the existing development <br />agreements to provide for the proposed changes, reserve <br />sewage capacity, and provide for other infrastructure <br />subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit liB," attached <br />hereto and made a part of this case by reference, with a <br />modification that any retail/commercial use of Lot 14A <br />shall be subject to full City discretionary authority to <br />approve or deny the proposed use(s). <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />II <br />
