<br />Resolution No. PC-93-23 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration <br />prepared for the application of Prudential Insurance <br />Company for a major modification to the governing <br />Hacienda Business Park PUD's to: 1) modify the site <br />development standards contained within Table B-1 of the <br />Park's Design Guidelines to increase the flexibility of <br />the building type constructed on any lot and to reduce <br />the off-street parking requirement; 2) change the land <br />use designation for about 130 acres to allow either <br />office or commercial uses; 3) change certain conditions <br />of Ordinance No. 1325 to modify the traffic requirements <br />for future development proposals; and 4) modify the <br />existing development agreement to provide for the <br />proposed changes, reserve sewage capacity, and provide <br />for other infrastructure. The proposed project would <br />involve 30 separate lots located within the Hacienda <br />Business Park. <br /> <br />Section 2. The Planning commission finds that the proposed project <br />will have a de Minimis impact on the site's wildlife. <br /> <br />section 3.
