Prior to the issuance of a zoning certificate, the applicant <br />shall demonstrate that Hagstrom Properties, or any subsequent <br />owner of the property at 636 Main street, agrees to the <br />continued use of parking stalls at the rear of the lot for <br />tenants of the building at 4341 Railroad Avenue. Should <br />conflicts arise regarding this arrangement, whereby Hagstrom <br />Properties (or subsequent owner) revokes the parking <br />agreement, the Planning Commission may request subsequent <br />review of the use permit at a public hearing. If necessary, <br />the Commission may modify or add conditions of approval to <br />mitigate the parking loss, or may revoke said conditional use <br />permit. <br /> <br />{end} <br /> <br />II <br />
