<br />Resolution No. PC-93-18 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section l. Approves Case UP-93-16, the application of Lory R. Rudd <br />for a conditional use permit to establish a massage <br />studio within the existing Total Eclipse Tanning Salon <br />located at 4625 First Street, subject to the conditions <br />shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made part of <br />this case by reference. <br /> <br />section 2.
