Approves Case UP-93-l6, the application of Lory R. Rudd <br />for a conditional use permit to establish a massage <br />studio within the existing Total Eclipse Tanning Salon <br />located at 4625 First street, subject to the conditions <br />shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made part of <br />this case by reference. <br /> <br />section 2.
