The applicant shall comply with all the applicable <br />requirements and regulations of the Alameda County Resources <br />Conservation District and u.s. Department of Agriculture soil <br />Conservation Service regarding provisions for animal waste <br />storage and removal and for drainage. Unless otherwise <br />permitted by the Planning Director, animal waste shall be <br />stored on concrete and shall be removed at least twice <br />monthly. The on-site drainage system shall be designed and <br />maintained so as to separate drainage from animal waste areas <br />and drainage from clean sources on the site (roofs, driveways, <br />etc.). The details of these measures shall be submitted for <br />review and approval by the Planning Director prior to the <br />issuance of building permits. <br /> <br />17. The property shall be inspected by the Fire Department for the <br />presence of any hazardous materials. All recommended <br />mitigations shall be implemented prior to the construction of <br />any improvements on the site. <br /> <br />18. The development shall meet all applicable requirements of the <br />Pleasanton Fire Code (Chapter 20.24 of the Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code). <br /> <br />19. All buildings over 8,000 sq. ft. shall be provided with an <br />automatic fire sprinkler system prior to occupancy unless <br />otherwise approved by the Fire Marshal. The system shall be <br />subject to review and approval by the Fire Marshal prior to <br />the issuance of building permits for the structures. <br /> <br />20. The applicant shall post address numerals at the Vineyard <br />Avenue driveway entrance leading to the property and on the <br />property itself so as to be clearly identify the facility from <br />the street. <br /> <br />{end} <br /> <br />II <br />
