Whether the plan conforms to the purposes of the <br />PUD District: <br /> <br />The proposed project implements the purposes of the <br />PUD Ordinance in this case by providing a combined <br />single- and multi-family residential project that <br />is well-designed and sited on the subject property, <br />that fulfills the desires of the applicant, and <br />that meets the City's General plan goals and <br />policies. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission determined that the proposed <br />project, as conditioned, is well designed and appropriate <br />for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Recommends approval of the application of Signature <br />Properties for development plan approval to construct a <br />496-unit residential development consisting of 178 small- <br />lot single-family detached units and 318 townhouse units <br />on a 52. 7-acre site located in the Hacienda Business <br />Park, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "B" <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
