<br />-. <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-93-13 <br />Page 20 <br /> <br />c. with the tentative map, the applicant shall submit an <br />additional acoustical analysis of possible noise impacts <br />from the use of the Alameda county Transportation corridor <br />as a light rail line. The study should indicate the <br />expected noise levels in living areas and outdoor areas and <br />should suggest techniques to mitigate exterior and interior <br />noise levels to General Plan standards. Prior to approval <br />of any tentative map, staff and the Planning Commission <br />shall evaluate the likelihood of the light rail <br />construction and make a determination, based upon the <br />acoustical study, as to the necessity of noise-reducing <br />techniques. <br /> <br />33. Grey water shall be used for all dust control and grading <br />activities. This water may be obtained from the Dublin San <br />Ramon Services District, Waste Water Treatment Plant at 7399 <br />Johnson Drive, Pleasanton, unless otherwise approved by the city <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />34. The applicant shall obtain an encroachment permit from Zone 7, <br />Fish and Game, and the Army Corps of Engineers for all work <br />within Tassajara Creek, as required by law. <br /> <br />35. The developer shall record at the time of recordation of the <br />final map reciprocal access, parking, and utility easements with <br />maintenance and repair responsibilities clearly defined among <br />all (future) parcels unless otherwise approved by the Planning <br />Director. <br /> <br />36. If a neighborhood park has not been worked out on Hacienda <br />Business Park Lots 25A and "F" by city council approval of the <br />final map, said land shall be dedicated for that purpose on the <br />52-acre property comprised by Hacienda Business Park Lots 8A, <br />8B, and 26. The neighborhood park size and its facilities shall <br />be provided by the applicant according to General Plan and <br />Municipal Code standards. Changes to the site design shall be <br />reviewed as a major modification to the development plan. <br /> <br />37. with recordation of the final map on Area "c", the developer <br />shall include a disclosure statement on all Area "C" lots of the <br />future high density residential uses on Hacienda Business Park <br />Lot 60. The disclosure statement shall be worded to the <br />satisfaction of the City Attorney. <br /> <br />{end} <br /> <br />,. <br />
