That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br /> <br />The home occupation is required to comply with the <br />condi tions stipulated in Chapter 18.104.030. <br />Additionally, staff has recommended, and the <br />commission may add, other conditions for the <br />operation of the home occupation which further <br />ensure compliance with the zoning ordinance and its <br />objectives. As with any use permit, the home <br />occupation permit can be suspended or revoked if <br />the conditions are not met. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission determined that the proposed non- <br />exempt home occupation permit, as conditioned, is <br />appropriate for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNXNG COMMXSSXON OF THE CXTY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWXNG: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves Case UP-92-68, the application of Kimberley <br />Mullen for a non-exempt home occupation permit to operate <br />an in-home therapeutic massage service in one room of a <br />residence located at 8003 #4 Arroyo Drive, subject to the <br />conditions shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that <br />time. <br /> <br />THXS RESOLUTXON ADOPTED BY THE PLANNXNG COMMXSSXON OF THE CXTY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 24TH DAY OF FEBRUARY 1993 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Commissioners Mahern, Michelotti, Wright, and Chairman <br />Hovingh <br />Commissioner McGuirk <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />February 24, 1993 <br />
