<br />Resolution No. PC-93-0S <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />EXHXBXT B <br />Resolution No. PC-93-08 <br />Conditions of Approval <br />Case UP-93-01 <br /> <br />1. The proposed use shall substantially conform to the site plan <br />and narratives, Exhibit "A", dated "Received January 11, <br />1993," on file with the Planning Department, except as <br />modified by the following conditions. <br /> <br />2. The applicant shall contact the Building and Fire Departments <br />to determine all applicable requirements. This includes a <br />Fire Code permit for a "place of assembly." The applicant <br />shall also obtain all other applicable permits required by the <br />City. <br /> <br />3. The hours of operation of the bar shall be limited to 9:00 <br />a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Sundays, 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight, <br />Mondays through Thursdays, and 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. on <br />Fridays and Saturdays. In the event that additional <br />activities including hours of operation beyond those proposed <br />by the applicant are desired, prior City review and approval <br />is required. Such modifications shall be submitted to the <br />Planning Director, who shall refer the matter to the Planning <br />Commission should the change in use be deemed to be <br />substantial. <br /> <br />4. No signage is approved as part of this application. Any <br />proposed signage shall be reviewed and approved under separate <br />application. and shall be consistent with the sign <br />requirements of Hacienda Business Park. <br /> <br />5. The applicant shall maintain the area surrounding the <br />restaurant, bar, and parking lot in a clean and orderly manner <br />at all times. The applicant shall be responsible to ensure <br />peace and quiet on the property. In the event that nuisances <br />are created through the operation of the bar, either within <br />the bar itself or by its patrons in the vicinity of the bar, <br />or in the event that parking problems arise, the planning <br />Director may refer this conditional use permit to the planning <br />Commission for their subsequent review at a public hearing. <br />If need be, the Commission may add or modify conditions of <br />approval to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke the said <br />conditional use permit. <br /> <br />{end} <br /> <br />- <br />
