<br />Resolution No. PC-93-0S <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWXNG: <br /> <br />section 1. Approves Case UP-93-01, the application of Wade <br />Management Company, Inc. (The Fountains Restaurant and <br />cantina) for a conditional use permit to allow the sale <br />of alcoholic beverages after 10:00 p.m. at a restaurant <br />(classified as a bar) located at 5075 Hopyard Road, <br />subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "B" attached <br />hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />section 2.
