Recommends approval of Case PUD-90-12, the <br />application of David Jones to rezone a one acre parcel <br />from the Agricultural zoning district to the PUD - MDR <br />(Medium Density Residential) District and for Planned <br />Unit Development development plan approval over 3z acres <br />(2 existing parcels) of land for a nine-unit single- <br />family residential development located at 1605 Rose <br />Avenue, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "B" <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />
