<br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Recommends approval to delete the requirement limiting <br />the floor area utilized by high parking demand tenants to <br />no more than 21,335 sq. ft. (Condition 12 or Ordinance <br />No. 1227); and recommends denial to delete the <br />requirement limiting the hours of use and requiring <br />gating for a portion of the parking area at Hopyard <br />Village Center, an existing shopping center located at <br />3003-3059 Hopyard Road and 5725-5737 Valley Avenue, <br />subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A," attached <br />hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
