<br />7-2: Fire Protection Measures to Reduce Fire Risks <br /> <br />A. A wildfire management plan shall be prepared which <br />recognizes that the project could be exposed to wild fire <br />hazard from combustible material in external and internal <br />open space areas. It shall recommend wildfire management <br />mitigation measures. The wildfire management plan shall <br />be approved by a qualified biologist to ensure reasonable <br />protection of the wildlife habitat in the Happy Valley <br />Creek open space corridor. The developer shall <br />install the pedestrian trail and seating area as shown on the <br />development plan. The pedestrian trial shall be extended to <br />the west side of the main roadway. The specific details of <br />the trail and seating area shall be shown on the Tentative <br />Map. <br /> <br />7-4: Contribute Toward Additional School Facilities <br /> <br />The applicant, with the Pleasanton Unified school District and <br />the City Planning Director, shall work to develop a program to <br />off-set this project's long-term effect on school facility <br />needs in Pleasanton. This program shall be designed to fund <br />school facilities necessary to offset this project's <br />reasonably related effect on the long-term need for expanded <br />school facilities to serve new development in Pleasanton. The <br />method and manner for the provision of these funds and/or <br />facilities shall be subject to approval of the city and shall <br />be in place prior to approval of any final map or building <br />permits.
