PC-92-44 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE CEQA FINDINGS AND THE <br />ENVXRONMEHTAL XMPACT REPORT PREPARED FOR CASE GP-91-03/ <br />PUD-91-03 (CASTLEWOOD HEXGHTS), THE APPLXCATION OF MARSH/SMITH <br />ASSOCIATES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Marsh/Smith Associates has applied for approval of a <br />development plan for a 29-unit single-family lot project <br />on an 18.6 acre site generallY located at the southeast <br />corner of the sunol Boulevard undercrossing of Interstate <br />680; and the city council has initiated a Low Density <br />Residential General Plan amendment and PUD-Low Density <br />rezoning for the subject site; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is Industrial Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the planning commission of the city of Pleasanton <br />provided proper public notice of completion of the Draft <br />Environmental Impact Report for the proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city of Pleasanton has accepted and responded to <br />comments to the Draft Environmental Impact Report from <br />public agencies having jurisdiction by law, persons <br />having special expertise with respect to any <br />environmental impact involved, and other persons or <br />organizations having an interest in the proposed <br />development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Final Environmental Impact Report has been prepared <br />and contains the Draft Environmental Impact Report, <br />comments and recommendations received on the Draft <br />Environmental Impact Report, and the responses of the <br />city of Pleasanton to significant environmental points <br />raised in the review and consultation process; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the planning Commission met on May 27, 1992, and held a <br />public hearing upon the completeness and adequacy of the <br />Final Environmental Impact Report in disclosing relevant <br />environmental issues involved in the proposed project. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1.
