Existing Neighborhood - North and South Carriage Gardens and Rose pointe Areas Impact: Views and privacy impact The City finds that the project, as currently proposed, would locate the homes where they could affect existing views and privacy for homes in the existing neighborhood. This is a potential significant impact (Draft EIR, page 5-9). Proposed Mitigation Measure of the BIR The EIR identified the following mitigation measure which would SUbstantially avoid this impact. 5-1 c. Reduce visual impact on existing neighborhood (Draft EIR, page 5-12). Said mitigation measures were considered and adopted with pertinent changes in Condition 5-1 (A - C), 5-1 (F), Exhibit "B" of the planning commission staff report dated May 27, 1992. 5-6 Provide barrier along east property line (Draft EIR, page 5-15) .
