<br />c) Interlocking pavers laid on a sand base shall be used for <br />the pathways and driveways under the drip lines of the <br />oak trees to be preserved. This change shall be shown on <br />the site plan, grading plan, and landscape plan for <br />review and approval by the Planning Director prior to <br />issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />16. Building Design: <br /> <br />a) The colors of the building(s) shall be submitted to and <br />approved by the planning Director prior to the issuance <br />of a building permit. Colors shall be consistent with <br />approved colors and shall be based on the Pantone color <br />system. Approved colors shall be stated on the plans <br />submitted for issuance of building permits. <br /> <br />b) Heavy drapes shall be installed in all first floor units <br />next to parking spaces in order to protect these units <br />from car headlights. Drapes shall be specified on the <br />building permit plan set for review and approval by the <br />planning Director prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> <br />c) Windows on first floor units next to parking shall be set <br />at a 3'-4' elevation above grade. This detail shall be <br />shown on the building permit plan set for review and <br />approval by the Planning Director prior to issuance of <br />building permits. <br /> <br />d) The applicant shall conform to the noise mitigation <br />requirements listed in the "Environmental Noise Impact <br />study for Homewood suites, Pleasanton, California, dated <br />February 10, 1992, prepared by Peter Klaveness & <br />Associates. These measures shall be shown on the <br />building permit plan set to the satisfaction of the <br />Building Official and Planning Director. <br /> <br />17. All backflow prevention devices installed with the <br />development shall be painted forest green (pantone Color <br />system Number 2030) and shall be screened with shrubbery. <br />The shrubbery shall be of a species and planted at a density <br />to satisfactorily screen the device and shall be designed to <br />blend with adjacent landscaping. All such devices shall be <br />shown on the plans submitted for issuance of building <br />permits. The adequacy of such screening shall be determined <br />by the planning Director prior to issuance of building <br />permits. <br /> <br />18. The developer shall pay any and all fees to which the <br />property may be subject prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />19. All site improvements shall be limited to the hours of 8:00 <br />a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. All <br />construction equipment must meet DMV noise standards and <br />shall be equipped with muffling devices. <br /> <br />- '" <br />
