<br />The proposed project implements the purposes of the <br />pun Ordinance in this case by providing and <br />extended stay hotel use that is not now represented <br />in the Pleasanton area, that is imaginative in its <br />building design and siting on the property, that <br />fulfills the desires of the property owner, and <br />that meets the City's General Plan goals and <br />policies. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission determined that the proposed <br />project, as conditioned, is appropriate for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Recommends approval of the application of Harbor View <br />Investment, Inc. for development plan approval to <br />construct a 2- and 3-story 135 unit residence-inn hotel <br />on an approximately 3.58 acre site located at 11920 <br />Dublin Canyon Road, subject to the conditions shown on <br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
