<br />Therefore, the use conditions (noise, parking, <br />traffic, etc.) would not create any additional, <br />adverse impacts on surrounding properties and <br />businesses. Parking for the church facility is <br />adequate to serve both the church and school due to <br />sufficient area and compatible timing of uses. <br /> <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br /> <br />The proposed conditional use, as conditioned, will <br />comply with all applicable provisions of the Zoning <br />Ordinance (Chapter 18 of the Municipal Code). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission determined that the proposed <br />conditional use is appropriate for this site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMrSSrON OF THE CrTY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWrNG: <br /> <br />section 1. Approves Case UP-92-7, the application of Carden West <br />School for a conditional use permit to install a 24 ft. <br />X 60 ft. modular trailer for additional classroom space <br />at the existing Carden West private school located at <br />4444 Black Avenue, subject to the conditions shown on <br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference. <br /> <br />section 2.
