<br />. <br /> <br />STANDARD CONDITIONS OF DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />1. That the street number(s) of the building(s) be posted so as <br />to be easily seen from the street at all times, day and <br />night. street numbers shall be clearly displayed on all rear <br />doors when a building has more than one tenant. <br /> <br />2. That all ducts, meters, air conditioning equipment, and any <br />other mechanical equipment, whether on the structure, on the <br />ground, or elsewhere, be effectively screened from view with <br />materials architecturally compatible with the main structure. <br /> <br />3.
