<br />The proposed project implements the purposes of the <br />PUD Ordinance in this case by providing a large lot <br />residential project that is incorporating existing <br />walnut trees, where possible, that fulfills the <br />desires of the applicant and nearby property <br />owners, and that meets the city's General plan <br />goals and pOlicies. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed <br />project, as conditioned, conforms to the Stoneridge Drive <br />Specific Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section I. Recommends approval of Case PUD-92-1, the application <br />of Brad Hirst and James Tong for planned unit development <br />(PUD) development plan approval of 40 l5,000 to 55,000 <br />sq. ft. single-family custom lots on an approximately 20 <br />acre site located at 3710, 3744, 3752, and 3760 Trenery <br />Drive subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A, II <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
