<br />The site's isolation and infill character <br />necessitates the PUD zoning for its development. <br />The proposed development plan with 3-1ots would be <br />compatible with the density for the area. The plan <br />would also be able to provide the required <br />infrastructure improvements in a comprehensive <br />fashion consistent with the PUD requirements. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed PUD <br />rezoning is consistent with the General Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNXNG COMMXSSXON OP THE CXTY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWXNG: <br /> <br />section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-91-05, the application <br />of Anita Davidson for planned unit development (PUD) <br />approval to rezone approximately one acre of land from <br />the Agricultural zoning district to the PUD (Planned unit <br />Development) - Medium Density Residential (MDR) District <br />and for development plan approval for a three-unit <br />single-family residential development located at 1635 <br />Rose Avenue subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit <br />"A," attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference. <br /> <br />section 2.
