Recommends approval of Case PUD-91-15, the application <br />of West View properties, Ltd. (Louis G. Baldacci) for <br />planned unit development (PUD) rezoning to the PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) - Medium Density Residential <br />District and development plan approval to construct 46 <br />paired single-family homes and two detached single-family <br />homes on an approximately 6.51 acre site located south- <br />east of the stoneridge Drive and stone Point Way inter- <br />section subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A," <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />
