That if a sanitary sewer lift station is installed for use by <br />the development and if it is accepted by the City for <br />maintenance and operation, an agreement shall be completed <br />between the City and the developer prior to the approval of <br />the development to the effect that the developer will provide <br />a maintenance and operation fund for a minimum ten year <br />period. <br /> <br />47. That approval of the storm drainage system be withheld pending <br />final design and until the developer has demonstrated to the <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer that the system is adequate, <br />connects to an approved point of diSCharge, meets any and all <br />applicable requirements of the Alameda County Flood Control <br />District - Zone 7, meets any and all applicable requirements <br />of the Federal Emergency Management Flood Hazard Program, and <br />meets the ilDlllediate and long-range requirements of this <br />development and all upstream areas intended to be drained <br />through this development. <br /> <br />48. That electric power distribution, gas distribution, <br />cOlDlllunication service, and any required alarm systems be <br />installed underground in a joint utility trench unless <br />otherwise specifically approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />49. That the developer be respon.ible for the installation of the <br />street lighting .y.tem .erving the development. The street <br />lights shall be 70 watt, high pre..ure sodium vapor units <br />mounted on galvanized steel poles with poured in place bases, <br />on the LS-1C schedule per City requirements and P.G.
